The Citrus Saver ("we," "us," "the Service") is operated by IHC Technology, LLC, a Florida limited liability company based in Inverness, Florida. You can reach us at hello@citrussaver.com.
Saver Club is our loyalty program for consumers. Members earn drawing entries by redeeming deals at participating businesses. Drawing prizes, frequency, and rules are described on the Saver Club Rules page. Drawings comply with Florida Statute 849.094 governing game promotions, including a no-purchase-necessary free entry method described in the official rules of each drawing.

How we handle your data is covered in detail in our Privacy Policy. The short version: we don't sell your data, we keep what we need to operate the Service, and we delete it when you ask us to.
When you upload photos, write descriptions, or submit business info, you grant us a non-exclusive license to display that content on the Service. You retain ownership. You're responsible for ensuring you have rights to anything you upload (no stealing competitor photos, no copyrighted images you don't have permission to use).
You can delete your account at any time from your account settings. We can suspend or terminate accounts that violate these terms, with notice when reasonable. Upon termination, your active deals and listings come down, and your data is soft-deleted (recoverable for 30 days) then permanently deleted.
The Service is provided "as is." We don't guarantee that deals will produce specific business results, that the platform will always be available, or that every listing is perfectly accurate. We try hard, but we're a small team in Citrus County, not a 24/7 multinational.
To the maximum extent permitted by Florida law, our liability for any claim arising from your use of the Service is limited to the amount you've paid us in the 12 months preceding the claim. We're not liable for indirect, consequential, or incidental damages.
Any disputes will be governed by Florida law and resolved in the courts of Citrus County, Florida. We'd rather work it out by email first — try hello@citrussaver.com before lawyering up.
We may update these terms. When we do, we'll bump the version number, update the "Last updated" date, and email registered users. You'll be asked to accept the new version on your next login. Continuing to use the Service after a version change constitutes acceptance.
